Digital Commons Foundation

The Digital Commons is a planned learning environment for people, sources and voluntary collaboration. It is not an AI-managed social network, an attention feed or a system of spiritual ranking.

Its purpose is to help people find reliable sources, preserve their own learning, meet by consent, collaborate within clear boundaries and return what they learn to real life.

Status: Transitional static site · In Preparation
No registration, accounts, Circles, Constellation Pathways, private journals or AI assistance are active on this website.

People, pathways and the wider constellation

Controlled termPublic meaning中文含義
Circle / 同行圈Circle — a bounded group of people learning together with a purpose, roles, rhythm, consent, review and a way to end.同行圈——一群真實的人在明確目的、角色、節律、同意、回顧與結束方式下共同學習。

Seed / 種子A traceable learning resource or action package. Partner material does not become a Triloka Seed merely because it is hosted.可學、可用、可追溯的小型資源或行動包;伙伴教材不因托管即成為三臻種子。
Triloka Constellation / 三臻星座Triloka Constellation — the wider federated pattern formed by Circles, pathways, people, partners, habitats and public resources.三臻星座——由同行圈、星鏈、個人、伙伴、棲息地與公共資源形成的聯邦整體。

How Circles and pathways relate

People and learning

Different objects, connected carefully

A Circle holds people and trust. A Constellation Pathway holds learning connections. A Circle may join several pathways; a pathway may serve several Circles.

Privacy

No data carryover

Sharing a pathway does not share membership lists, discussions, private journals or other Circle-bound data.

Curriculum

Three possible modes

A Circle or pathway may use Triloka-curated, partner-led or hybrid curricula, with sources, rights and teaching responsibility shown separately.

Hosting

Hosting is not endorsement

Hosted on Triloka does not by itself mean Triloka-approved teaching, institutional affiliation or legal agency.

Permissions and inactive functions

Static boundary: The descriptions below explain planned controls. They are not active services, invitations or access promises.
Not active

Open registration, progressive permission

Open registration will not automatically grant access to private Circles, pathway materials, other people’s data, governance roles, accommodation, public publishing or program places.

Not active

Private Learning Journal

A learner-controlled space for study, practice, reflection and open questions. It is private by default and is not automatically used for research, fundraising, recommendations, public stories or model training.

Not active

Classical AI Companion

AI assistance is bound to the learner, Circle, optional pathway and approved source set. It must show whether guidance comes from a partner source, a Triloka source, a public primary text, personal context or model inference.

Design requirement

Exit, deletion and rebuilding

A learner may leave a Circle or pathway. Permissions, indexes and retained context must then be removed, rebuilt or archived according to the applicable scope.

AI truth: Generated text, voice, images or interactive behaviour must not be presented as a real person’s statement, presence, approval or relationship without source evidence and consent. AI can support implementation; it cannot replace human dignity, contemplative discernment, legal responsibility or reserved governance.
