數位公地基礎

數位公地是一個為獨立個體規劃的學習與關係環境。它不是由 AI 管理的社交網絡、注意力 feed，也不是修行等級系統。

它的目的，是幫助人找到可靠來源、保存自己的學習、在同意下相遇、為有限目的協作，並把所得帶回真實生活。

Star / 星	A real person — the subject of identity, consent, learning and practice.	真實個人——身份、同意、學習與實踐的主體。
Encounter / 相遇	A contact that may be declined or ended and does not create a permanent relationship.	可以拒絕或結束的接觸，不自動產生永久關係。
Star Link / 星際連接	A visible, consensual and terminable relationship between people or participating organizations.	經明確同意建立、可查看並可終止的人或參與機構關係。
Star Chain / 星鏈	A continuing collaboration with a purpose, roles, duration, review and a way to end.	具有目的、角色、期限、回顧與結束方式的持續協作。
Habitat / 棲息地	A physical or digital place that can hold encounters; it does not define the worth or completeness of a person.	承載相遇的實體或數位場所；不決定人的價值或完整性。
Seed / 種子	A traceable learning resource or action package; it may cite classics but is not a full-text classical library.	可追溯的學習資源或行動包；可以引用經典，但不是經典全文庫。

公共註冊規劃為開放註冊；但註冊不會自動取得私人 Circles、他人資料、治理角色、住宿、公開發布或課程名額。

Journal Body

由學習者控制的學習、實踐、反思與開放問題空間。預設為私密，不會自動用於研究、募款、推薦、公共故事或模型訓練。

經典 AI 伴學

Ai Body

在學習者明確啟用後，伴學系統可以用本人未排除的私人歷史理解學習者；但原則性指導只依已批准的經典與支持來源。個人歷史永遠不成為經典權威。

AI 真實: 生成文字、聲音、圖像或互動行為，若缺乏來源證據與同意，不得被呈現為真人的話語、在場、批准或關係。AI 可以支援實施，但不能取代人的尊嚴、修習判斷、法律責任與保留治理。
